How can I get my daughter to wipe properly and each time she uses the bathroom?

I have tried and tried but cannot get through to her that she NEEDS to wipe every time she uses the bathroom. She is my only girl - so I am struggling with this one. The boys weren't a problem...

my 8 year old daughter still doesn't wipe every time... I try to tell her but it's too much effort for them i think. and she even went through having to sit in a bucket of water and vinegar every night (sounds weird but it works) to help reduce burning and irritation she developed due to excess mucus production.

I don't have any suggestions... except for when they get to around puberty time you can start reminding them about hygene and that it will make them smell and possibly get diseases or infections and boys won't like them. Maybe even start telling her she smells a little if it seems to work....

Not really sure what other advice to give as I am not sure how old your daughter is.
