How did you potty train while your child was in day care?

So my daughter has been in day care since she was 4 months old (she's 26 months now). We've been potty training for a little while now and have had pretty good success. At home she will usually only go in her pull up twice a day and that's only on the weekends. During the week after coming home from school she usually will only go once or twice before she goes to bed. When she's at day care she only goes twice a day and pees and poops in the pull up the rest of the day. They only take her to the potty two or three times considering the potty is in the next classroom. There is only one other child potty training in my daughter's class. I was curious how the rest of you dealt with potty training while your children were at day care. I feel that the inconsistency is delaying her. Any information would be very grateful.

When at home we do let her wear panties with plastic pants over, but the past few days she won't let me put the plastic pants on. She did try to get to the potty, but had an accident. I hate having to use pull ups, but I feel like if I don't they are going to call me to come pick her up because she's went through all of her clothes and they have to concentrate on the other 10 children as well.

I put my daughters in training pants with plastic pants over them (so there were no wet messes to clean up). The daycare was great with this, and they learned quickly. I only used pull ups at night, because they are too much like diapers. They didn't seem to care if the pull ups were wet and were not motivated to use the potty when wearing them.
