As I'm miles from you I have no clue what is available but I'd say think back to before you had the kids what your interests were. Then use good old google! Mine is walking. I never did it before but I stick the iPod in and off I go! Or I have a pilates class that I do as it was recommended by a doc to strenghten my spine after having the boys.
I'm a firm believer of leaving the house to get me time cos when you're home you'll be called on or help.

Once that baby starts crawling it will be playing with the other two just keep them interacting and involved with your baby. That is when you get "me time"

You can set some me time that your husband/partner will mind the kids but you have to leave the house. Find a class or a group that you would like to join and the deal is you go every week to it no questions. I'm sure that he gets time to himself whenever he wants.

i struggled with this 4 a longggg time.i learned to enjoy a few minutes here and there-its better then none.what i do is set up a little tea party 4 them or give them some kind of activity to do so u can collect ur thoughts.i also stayed up 1 hour after they went 2 bed when i could.it will get easier:)
