Oh I should add that you should drop the feed that your little one seems least interested in with naptime and bedtime usually being the last to go.

If you really want to wean you can start eliminating one feeding session at a time every 4-5 days so your body starts regulating. However it is possible to to continue breastfeeding after a year and still work you can just continue to breastfeed when you are with your baby.
