How do u balance life-work life with family ?

Have two children-one daughter 7 year old and a son 2.5 year old and a husband too!!! It been very hectic for me as during the week days as i hardly get time to spend with my school going daughter . Very little time for my son who is 2.5 years old . Both me and my husband are very busy professionally and hence very difficult in managing and in India , you do not get skilled governess or maids who can manage children.

Let me know how others do it and or have done o and can hep m with suggestions. warm regards

It's not about spending a lot of time. But how you spend that time. I don't get lots of time with my children either during the week. However, I try to make sure we do things that he likes when I do have the time. Or he gets to do chores with me. Don't underestimate the power of chores when it comes to spending time.

I don't get much time with the kids during the week (maybe 3 hours at night before they need to get in bed) but the weekends are all about them. We spend the day together and I always try to make sure we DO something instead of just spending time sitting around the house. Even if we stay home, we will have a movie day or something together.
