My 12 week old baby has been on hungary baby milk since 4 weeks, it helpe for a bit but she is now going 2-3 hours if Im lucky. I dont mind in the day but at night time its becoming so hard.
I spoke to the health visitor she advised my food until 6months??? Has anyone got any ideas? Im going back to work in 8 weeks as I cant afford to be off any longer due to mortgage commitments! So Im going to need more sleep.

Sleep patterns change all the time just when you get used to a certain way it will change. At 12 weeks she's probably just going through a growth spurt, she is too young to do any sleep training. With both my kids I found it was just easier to get up feed them and get back to sleep, if I let them fuss it would just mean that I was awake longer. I know all about sleep deprivation and working when my daughter was 7 months she started teething it got to the point she was up as much as every 30 minute. You learn to function, is there someone who can share night duties with you so you can at least alternate waking in the middle of the night when you go back to work?
