How to become a sexy Mom again?

Most of the time, what a girl sees in the mirror after giving birth are stretch marks, not so firms boobs, a little (to a lot !!) more flesh on the hips, etc... Tough because you know you'll never have the same body as before. But the good news is : when you're nacked in front of your man, he don't see your stretch marks if you don't point them, he likes you boobs better because most of the time they are fuller, and your curvy hips don't bother him at all ! If it's not the case, ditch that jerk (LOL) ! So learn to know your new body by massaging yourself or getting one, accept that it is a small price to pay compare to the little wonder who's smiling at you in your arms, and try to find an activity that help boost your self esteem. Self confidence is ALWAYS sexy !

Make a committment to take care of you. Make time 4 ur self, even the simplest form of exercise with or without the kids, reading a short novel/book, get ur hair done, visit a friend for a few hours. Go shopping in your closet and choose an outfit as a goal, work towards that goal and then celebrate with a special someone.
after my second child people told me how "fat" I looked, this was hard for me cuz I was a size 4 minus 2 children. I had to block them out and with guidance from my loving hubby deal with the inner me. I found the courage to wear "short shorts" around the house and feel good about it. Of course I later added eating right and at times indulging and not feeling guilty about it along with exercising. I stayed away from the scale and focused on target clothes. I am now in most of my pre-pregancy clothes. Sexy does come from within...Monique is a beautiful curvy woman and sexy yet she is not what you seen in glamour magazines. You can do it!

Well.... its not difficult to become a sexy mom if u have the conviction and determination. Its simple start exercising ... taking walks for even 20 - 25 mins a day will show u results in 7 days. Start eating right ... lots of green veggies and fruits. Laugh a lot, have fun with ur children and have some quality time with ur husband...simple

It has everything to do with inside. If you feel great you look great. If you go to bed unhappy you will see it on your face in the morning. Try to make things right before bed for yourself and your baby. I have 3 children now and I know that this seems to help me. I don't have time to think about exercise and living on a small island you can't buy makeup or hair products. If you feel good inside you will then start to do more things and look great again. Just smile.

I made everything I did with my newborn a form of exercise, for example, when I would lay her down into her crib I would tighten my stomach (as if doing a crunch) as I bent over. Same thing as when I would lift her, tighten stomach and work arms (basically doing a crunch and a bicep curl at once). So any little thing I had to do became a form of workout. Oh yea, my number 1 thing was laundry, lifting, moving, folding, and putting away the clothes with my stomach tightened.
