Hi Tracy, I am a doctor and have experienced bad back pain myself. I realise a lot of Drs just want to make sure there is nothing serious... which I hope has been ruled out with your visits. If that is the case my second suggestion would be 1st priority core strengthening. I am a fit person but personally with my own back problems tried physios and chiropractors, but could not even walk a lot of the time without severe pain despite these. Finally I hit a great physio who concentrated on core exercises and after about 3 months, it was like a miracle cure. If you cannot see a physio try taking a beginners pilates class, and be sure to ease into it. Once your core is strengthened I would move into weight loss etc (if applicable). Core strengthening will also help with posture etc.

if young, may be you dont give him enough time.
you dont play with him, no kisses and always busy.
if old, may be u dont respond to his or her demands,.
check on that.
spend enough time with him and show him much love.
dont allow him to spend much time with different people
more than you.

I used to have lower back pain, chronic. Nothing seemed to help. I even went to the Dr. and he told me there is nothing medically wrong with my back,
Turns out that I carried a lot of stress in my lower back. When I lost weight and reduced my stress, I have not had 1 day of back pain in the last 2.5 years! Not even now and I am 9mths preg!

Pregnancy and childbirth put a lot of strain on our backs. The best thing to do is go to a gym. Talk to one of the trainers and tell them about your back pain, and say you have children. They would be able to find a strength training for you.

Hi Tracy i am so not a doctor but there is alot of things that can lead to you having these back aches. you might be over weight, your work might be the cause heavy objects or incorrect posture whilst doing some activities like picking up a baby or goods and or incorrect posture whilst watching tv or working infront of comper. or it can olso be sexual position not done correctly. ok anyhow i dont know. but if in any i am almost right. please follow these steps.
1. kindly drink your 2 litres of water a day.
2 work on improving your posture when walking and sitting
3 if overweight lose weight by making small changes as walking for 15 minutes every day
4 when bending firtst bend your knees and ...... you know the rest.
5 take long selfish baths
6 get yourselve herbal tea to drink early morning and just before bed.
7 when making love to hubby and it does not feel comfortable it is not right.
8 invest in a new sealy post your pedic bed... (something like that) and nice pillows
