My company has a program for moms who want to spread the word about organic.
You don't have to committee. invest or anything like it.
I always suggest this program to women who are social and loves the idea of organic - check it and let me know what you think - your comment is important to me.

Hi Emily and others....I should have been more clear....my post was not directed to anyone posting on this topic, but I just keep getting messages and posts to my personal pages because of having posted under this topic...and they're obvious scams. Sorry for the confusion. I think overall there are a lot of helpful people on here wanting to share real information, but those people are not as quick to send you a bunch of messages and are more likely just to respond on here like you did.

The post from Roz was very helpful...it is in fact a HOME JOB that I was really interested in. I didn't know the correct terminology because, well, I've never worked from home before other than selling Avon. I'm not looking to start a business or to sell things. Thanks though! I appreciate your offer. ;)

I know exactly how you feel. I tried a few of these MLMs and they did not work for me. I just am not a pushy salesperson type. Now I am working for myself. Just me, not a "proven system" with a "easy to follow" map to my "financial freedom". I took what I know and am passionate about and I marketted ME.

So I have HR background specializing Recruitment and Retention but now I am a Professional Resume Writer. I help people re-work thier resumes to get them the interview; I help them prepare for the interview; I can help with cover letters and thank you letters. I can follow up with the recruiter or hiring manager on behalf of my client. I give FREE workshops on resume writing and job junting skills at the local library and local religious organizations. Yes, these workshops are free and I do not make any money from there workshops but I "NETWORK", you never know, maybe someone will ask me to help them find as job or with thier resume, or; like in your case, maybe you'll need my help in finding your passion and getting started. Networking is just as important as getting paid to do something, because one of those people you helped might remember you when something related to your skills comes us.

I was in the same boat. Guess what I do? I do home jewelry shows! Yea, I know, don't stop reading...I was skeptical as well, then I joined! I am not kidding, I make on avergae about $400.00 per week...AND I only work maybe 6 hours! I usually schedule 2 shows per week. The added benefit is that I get to get away from the house, the boys and my hubby for a few hours a couple nights a week! I get to meet new women and go into their homes and make new friends and not have to worry about dinner and the cleanup! I learn some fabulous EASY recipes from my hostesses and I LOVE IT!!! hello Megan I am a sahm and this works for me I haven't gotten rich but I have made enough money to pay the bills and still have a little to Travel with. My company has started a sister company The website has just opened up last night and people are signing up from every where .They have three levels to join each level gives you more retail product than what it cost you to join not only do you earn on what you sale but also 20-30% of what people under you sale and 20-30% of what the people that join under them sale and you get 5-10% on the people that join under them. I know that may be a little bit confusion if you have never done a home business We will train you and work with you until you can handle it WE have Conference call 4 times daily and a corprate call every night Sunday - Thursday. a training call 1 PM each Saturday You need to start thinking who do I know that may want to come home and have a home business Did you know you get a huge tax write off when you start a business? Hi sweetie, you really do have to be careful about which company that you choose, not only because of scams but you want to make you that the company fits you and your passion. Because with any home based business you have to committed. The company that I have found, it not only is in the health and wellness industry, the testimony of the individuals who have been taking the product(s) are all VERY POSITIVE. Hi Megan :). To answer your question on how to find a job you can do from home...well you are doing it! Posting a question like this will get you many replies and you can begin your research. I am a moderator over at the Work at Home Mom group so you can feel free to go over there to see the posts I wrote...they are hard to find lol so I will put a link to another social network I'm on that allows journal posts. So from the above that will give you a good foundation on how to begin on your search.



My experiance has been that most moms that look for a work at home job (not a home busines) almost always come back to me and say that they can't find one that they either qualify for or that pays enough. There are many work at home jobs out there...they are just VERY hard to get otherwise we'd all have them! But if a job is what you really want then be persistant with it. You may have to wait a few months to a year to find one but when you do hold on to it!!



But what I usually tell Moms wanting to work at home is that I feel a home business is the way to go. You can start any home business in direct sales (or even on your own) TODAY and start building your income today! Then by the time you would have gotten that proverbial work at home job you could be at the same income level as you would have been with the job you just got. But with a business you are not capped on how much you can make so your income will still continue to grow as long as you work your business with consistancy.



Alicia Wells commented on those that say you will get rich quick...you'll see them say something like make $6920 in 3 days!!! or something unreasonable like that. You'll know those are scams. The time you put in has to fit what you are making...people just starting out in a business or even a job will not make that much in 3 days.

@Alicia: How do you like that for a real answer? :) If you want to be paid hourly then you will need to look for a Home Job, not a business. A business inside the home is similar to a business outside the home. If you are the owner you don't get paid hourly...but in exchange you do get paid with your profits you make, you make your own hours, you decide if you get a raise, you work when you want to, and you can build your business to as big or as little as you want. So you can make your dreams come true with a business...it just takes hard work and it's not easy. But the way I see it...working outside the home is just as hard as building a business so why not build something that you can leave a financial legacy for your kids or reach some future goals that you may have? (This is not directed towards you btw, but just my thoughts in general).



But if a job is what you are looking for then I would want you to visit http://www.WAHM.com/forum and look at the different folders in there. There are home job folders and business folders all mixed in there so you'll need to do your resarch, but there are people in most of those folders from their respective companies where you can come on and ask questions about what they do. You'll see me in the AmeriPlan folder a lot.

I wasn't looking for a job, I wanted to be a SAHM and my husband encouraged that. When i got pregnant, my mother-in-law started me on some nutritional products to help me cope with a difficult first trimester. She had had great results using the products for other health reasons and with them being natural, I too began using them. My own testimonials are different put also positive. After doing my own research and learning about the company and the owner's vision, I decided to become an Independent Associate for the company and help share the gift of health. I was happy being a stay at home mom but I find it even more rewarding doing that and helping others, the income is just a positive side-effect i get from it.



There are a lot of companies out there that claim to be like this, not one however has the integrity, technology or resources, not one! what make this company even more amazing is the caliber of people you get to work with; you are welcome to check it out for yourself.

I work from home and I love it so much. Its not a get rich quick scam. You don't get rich quick with this one you have to work at it and it takes time to make money. I would like to find an answer more like, "well, I do this at home and this is how and where you apply to do work like this." I'm not looking for a get-rich-quick scheme, I just want actual work paid hourly for real work.
