I have to rely on energy drinks to keep me going or take naps just to get my self refreshed...Even on my days(they are split) I sleep 10 hours and still feel like I have no energy unless I try and get more sleep while the kids are waching cartoons..I don't feel motivated to maybe midafternoon...what can I take that isn't so bad for me and will last longer?? I tired of being tired..uugghh

Try adding a lite warm up routine before work and avoid over sleeping it can make you feel more tired. Also watch your diet throughout the day, drink plenty of water and try taking a daily vitamin such as centrum for for women

mom i understand what you are going through, i work a crazy shift also and when i feel that way i find some energy somewhere, u just have to push ur self to want to have that energy you need for your kids even if it's just to take them to chick- fil -a to play for 30 min that will start the movation, i know it works for me...

There are some vitamins that you can get, they are whole food vitamins/minerals, meaning they are naturally derived from the fruits & veggies that most of us are lacking in our diets. I swear that when I am not taking them, I feel exhausted. Also, try vitamin b, that helps w/energy. Eating a healthy diet & excersizing help you get more energy, but it takes a little bit before you feel the rewards & most of us don't have the energy to get there:)!
