need your advice..
im 3months pregnant, can my boss terminate me in work if i will them? im encoder in office.

I agree with Alison, go online and look it up. If your boss tells you that you can no longer work for them, tell them that you have proof that you have your rights as a woman to be pregnant and not be fired and that you'll take them to court for it. (if that is the law in your country.)

I recommend going online and searching for the labor laws in the Philippines. In the U.S., they cannot fire someone for pregnancy.

It doesn't matter how long you've been with them, it's illegal to fire someone because they are pregnant, I live in the US I guess laws could be different in other countries.

They can't terminate you because you're pregnant but if your job performance is unsatisfactory they can terminate you. Why do you think they want to fire you?
