i dnt want her 2 get Confuse n dnt knw wat her name is bc my Fiance calls her Chick by Nick name or Gorda can any of u help me of wat should i do?

This will not confuse her. Ultimately, you cannot control other people and how they interact with your child. Sometimes people find two names to be too much (too much to remember or too much to say). Just enjoy your daughter!!!

I agree. Kids are smart. Our son's name is Joshua Tyrell. I call him Joshua other people just call him Josh, Joshie, JT, J Dub. His dad just makes up nick names all the time. I've heard him call our son Josue, Jimmy, Jim bob...random things. Our son really responds to any of these. I don't think it's made him confused at all.

No matter what a babies name is someone will always come up with a nickname. My Niece her name is also Brianna, she doesn't respond to her name but she does respond to "bubba". Your baby will learn her name regardless of the nicknames. It seems like they are born knowing their names.... but just arn't ready to respond to them !
