I'm looking for a babysitter for my 6 year old daughter on some week nights and weekends. Preferably someone between the ages of 14-18 with good references! Any suggestions on where to post this or where i can look?

Try the highschool in the town you live they may have an early childhood education program or know of students who babysit, a local college probably has students who are desperate for money, or ask around with the parents you work with they may have teenage kids who are looking to earn some money. Also if you are involved with your daughters school at all ask the other moms who they use to babysit. I found one of my babysitters through another mom, and the other one is a college student who I used to work with.
