Juggling a F/T business from home, and an infant...

I own/run a construction trade business from home. We need at least 50% of my income, so I can cut back my hours a bit. I have a "home office" (on same property, but not actually IN the house) where my employees meet with me, and from where I do my work. I also take many out of the office meetings per week.
I am due in November and trying to figure out if I will be able to balance running the business and caring for the baby. My hunch is that the baby will take up most of the day, especially and he/she becomes mobile. So I think scheduling out of the house meetings will be more difficult.
My big questions to all you SAHMs is: How many hours do you think I can reasonably commit to work (between 8a to 5p)?
I think my options are:
-Slow the businesses growth and hire a PA for the business that can help and also babysit when I need to go to meetings
-Hire a nanny and have work as my priority, and grow the business (oh the guilt of not being with my little one- and how do I breastfeed?)
-Hire a business manager, only oversee the business, allow it to still grow, and stress out about making the new employee's wages payments
Any tips is appreciated!

How much time do you spend in your home office vs traveling to off site meetings? If you hired a nanny and you were at the office she could just bring the baby to you to breastfeed. Lot's of moms who work full time can continue to breastfeed when they return to work, yes it's difficult but not completely impossible. My daughter breastfed for 2 years before she weaned and the first year I was out of the home 50+ hours a week.

How many hours a day are you currently working? How many days a week are you working? Is it possible to flex hours so that it doesn't all have to be done between 8-5 and your partner can watch the baby after hours?

Hire a business manager, only oversee the business, allow it to still grow, and stress out about making the new employee's wages payments. But don't stress out lol.

I think that's the most sensible thing to do. If your business is growing there should be no worries.......

Hiring a nanny is great and all but you won't see your child. And you won't be able to BF. You could maybe work PT?

Hire a manager 3 days and you come in 2. The options are endless.
