Have you tried adding a table spoon of karo syrup to her formula. Our doctor suggested this and it seems to help when my son goes to daycare and gets formula all day. I didn't ask if I should use light or dark, keep meaning to google it. But light is what I had and it works.

how old is she? If she's over 1, you can try miralax. It's a laxative, but it's only a softener, not a stimulant laxative. My daughter had/has the same issue. SHe's almost four years old now and it on miralax...has been for years. SHe also has kidney reflux and constipation goes along with that. The urologist has her on miralax everyday and then one weekend a month we have to give her a stimulant laxative to give her liquidy poo to be sure she stays cleaned out.

Only the miralax works out for her...prunes didn't work, foods didn't work..nothing worked. Hope this helps! If all else fails, get your ped to give you a referral to a specialist...a urologist can help, but there may be a "poop" specialist that I don't know about. Our ped urologist is helping with the poo issues as well as her pee issues.

Prunes always works for us but be careful how much you give her, start with a little and then increase if it isn't working. My sister's kids would not eat the baby prunes so she got prune juice and mixed it with apple juice.

My friend's son has had that problem. He poops little pebbles. He's 19 months now so she's able to give him miralax, but it sounds like your little one may be under 1. I would talk to your doctor because my friend's son also has acid reflux and another stomach condition that the doctors think is all connected to the pebble poop.

Did you consult her doc? All of the juices/ fruit might be making it worse

Is she constipated I use to use a half of a glycerin suppository and it always cleared my daughter out within a half an hour. Have you tried "little remedies laxative drops", they seem to work too? And lastly the fruit that worked best was always prunes.
