thanks liz i will do that since our family has a history of diabetis and it could be possible coz i havent tested myself either.i will do just that.thanks alot for the answer.enjoy your weekend

Hi Claire: Have you got him checked out for suger diebities? I'm not saying he has it, but it'd be good to know he doesn't.There are so many things on the market now a days that have no suger in it and tastes great. I can't have alot of any kind of sweets or My heart starts racing a mile a miunte and I get sweaty.But Iam border line. I control it with my food. I eat tons of fruits and veggies.Yogurt is so good and I bet if you told him it was ice cream he wouldn't know the diffence. It's worth a try. Good luck.
