Just keep pushing the fluids and try to keep him hydrated. My daughter has been sick for over a week I've been letting her eat what she wants when she wants because I know she doesn't feel great.

My pediatrician said that as long as he stays hydrated is ok for them not to eat when they are sick, specially if is just for a day. How long has this been going on?
