Recently hired a nanny before going back to work

My baby is pretty attached to me. She often cries if taken by other people. We recently hired a nanny (I will be going back to work in 3 weeks time) but she often cries when she is with the nanny. Is there anything I can do to help my baby get used to her nanny and not look for me while she's with her?

Please advise. Thanks!

My son is the same way. He is very attached and often crys for me. When I went back to work I tried to have people watch him that he knew(his grandma, dad, aunts and uncles). Now I pay his god mother to watch him because I know he feels comfertble with her. Maybe if you look for someone who she is more comfertble with or see if you nanny will come before you go to work. For a while my son knew as soon as he went to his god mothers I would be leaving. So then we spent some time together with him and that really helped as well.
