Sleeping on their own

My daughter is 2 1/2 and we are struggling to get her to sleep in her own bed she is used to climbing into our bed. We can not get a good nights rest. What should we do?

Big issue!!! Go to bed with her in her own bed and every time she gets up and gets in your bed, explaine to her that apart of being a big girl is being able to have her own room and bed for her to sleep in and take her back to her bed. Wishing you luck!!!

That is exactly our problem right now with my son who is almost three. He actually used to sleep by himself and now freaks out at bedtime and says he is scared of monsters. We only let him watch educational shows in limited amounts so we don't understand why he has regressed.

For when we first were adjusting for him to sleep by himself, his night light, flashlight, and special stuffed animals helped. Good luck! I know how hard it is not not sleep- it's so hard.
