Don't be afraid to seek help for yourself if you think you might need it. For me, postpartum depression magnified every emotion. It's hard to take that first step, but it's so worth it. Talk to your ob/gyn.

Hi Lehana- the powder you are using is what I used and it worked wonders for my little one....I also used Calgel and Calpol - also life and sleep savers. I promise you its all worth it, my little one is 18 months and has been teething since 6 months old. give your daughter things to chew on eg carrots and teething rings- make sure they have been chilled and it'll numb their gums for a little while.....Good luck from a mum who remembers it all too well!!

thank you Bridget, Aiden has been tugging at her ear everytime she cries or when she is in pain, yet her cheeks are always red and her drool is way more than normal. I use panardo suryp if she really needs it, or teejel or a powder call ashton and parsons. I don't want to drug her too much. What I will do is see how things go by the weekend and if she is still under the weather then I will take her to the doctor. Thank you again.

Hi Lehana, I certainly know your pain and what you are going through - my little one is a terrible teether, screams the house down and has to sleep on me for the latter part of the night (which mean I can't sleep). Usually these episodes only last for a few days so hopefully your little one won't keep this up for too long!
First thing I would recommend would be to start taking a vit B complex - it helps with your stress levels at these times (and certainly stops you losing your cool on the third or fourth or fifth night). Alternatively you can get a natural herbal nighttime complex that helps you calm down and fall asleep quickly (but doesn't knock you out like sleeping tablets which means you can react to bub if she cries out) - it does help you get back to sleep too.
Do you give your little one any medication to help with the teething? I have found that only nurofen will work for my little man so he gets that in his nighttime bottle which usually helps him sleep through most of the night (until about 5am) which means I can usually get at least 5 hours sleep too. If you are against medication go to your healthfood store and see if they have something they can recommend (I have been told marshmallow root is fantastic but as yet haven't been able to get it).
I hope you get some sleep soon and that your little one stops teething soon! If it lasts for more than 4 or 5 days possibly go see your doc to see if they can rule out any other issues like an ear infection which can be mistaken for teething and vice versa.
