what do you say to ppl wen they make snide comments about you being a working mother?? what do you say to single mothers who use their kids as an excuse not to work??

Ugh, I HATE them both! haha okay, maybe not hate, but they are soooo annoying. I actually work with a mother that thinks everything she does is right and everyone else is wrong. HR basically had to force her to come back full time ( as required) after she had her baby. She always insinuates that i'm heartless because I came back right away no problem...I always tell her I feel better being away from my child while at work because i know that I'm providing for her and making money for her future, but thanks for the concern :) Just take refuge in the fact that you are a good mom for working to provide for your kid(s). It's not easy by any means, but we can do it! Good luck with those naysayers! Don't let them get you down! :o)
