Her manner of dress was completely normal for working in a retail store.
She was not accused of any behavior that was wrong. The owners told her that her figure was too distracting. Finally they fired her and she is suing.
I know what it is like to be a working mom, I also have what some might consider a large chest, and I cannot imagine losing a regular paycheck
because of it.

I've read this story on many diffrent outlets and they states she was wearing somethign similar to work out clothes when they told her to put the bath robe on. THe clothign wasnt very showing at all. I think, as i see in stores like victora secret and Fredricks of hollywood, the women where most likely jelious. Im currenyl a 38J so i have rahter large breast myself, the smallest i have ever gotten to was a 36 DDD/ 36 F in the Army. I have always had them, im sorry but most of the women who work in lagerie stores dont have large breast, the clothing isnt made for women with large breast, and from all the diffrent sites i have read this story on she wasnt dressing liek a skank, or a slut, she was dressed modestly. Most likely, as i have noticed high school drama come into play and the girls that worked there didnt like her, most likely lied to the boss to get her fired.

If working in a lingerie store. you would have thought it would be the other way round.
I am 38e, tho have been 40ff when i was feeding. I did go for a couple of jobs tho i was still working from home and one job i didnt get as they did have a uniform to fit my boobs. Tho theu didnt say that at the time. It was a local supermarket and the unform made my boobs look huge, and admit i looked like a porn star with with a minimising bra on and something else underneah to cover up cleavage. But they used another excuse to not carry on after my probation period of two weeks.

I think there was probably more to it, as there usually is to these stories.
She didn't mention what she was wearing when they gave her a bathrobe, but in todays workplace I've seen MANY younger women dressing horribly for an office atmosphere. Shorts, tank tops, short, short skirts, way too revealing tops, sweats, flip flops...The list goes on.
I have a feeling that, working for a lingerie store, she felt that she could dress a little more scantily.
But, that's just my opinion, based on the number of people who I've PERSONALLY known that claim to lose their job for a reason such as this...Then I find out the rest of the story from their previous bosses, and know that the fired person is trying to make themselves feel better.
