Such as bad eating habits etc......

I think that's at the top. We eat horribly.

i would have to say the lack of discipline and respect that people aren't installing in their children. The way these kids talk to adults these days os ridiculous!

I think the worst habit in our country is over-spending and living beyond our means. So many people have huge debts for credit cards, college, car loans, mortgages for more than they can actually afford. I think a lot of it comes down to everyone trying to keep up with what they think everyone around them has.

I would have to say eatting habits come in second on my list because if you are rude and crappy to everyone who cares how you look it doesn't change what you act like.

I am not sure how many of you have traveled out of the Country, but I personally found the US to be one of the most POLITE counties I'd visited. It was highly noticeable to me that the further from the US, the more chaos. People had no awareness of others, it was like lost herds of cattle by the time we were almost in Turkey. But, the people in the USA actually made eye contact, or smiled. Said hello, stood in lines, waited there turn, did not smoke in doors, and did not invade personal space. I think we in the US take for granted how good we have it, much to our own demise.

picking wedgies in public, adjusting the girls by sticking your hand in the bra and lifting up, skratchin the boys, pickin the nose, eating it, elbows on table, chewing mouth open, staring at people and giving them bad looks, talking before they think, the habit of wearing clothes that are way to small for you and you dont wanna believe it even when the stomach is hanging low out of the shirt, farting expecially when you are in an enclosed area with lots of others, hawkin spit, terrible fast driving skills, My list can go on and on but hey Im from Kentucky lol

Yes there is I think its timing with eating with people/ Even if they eat well its the time of day and the amount of food they eat. I decided a couple of years ago I had to change things in order for my childrens' eating to be better. We as moms have to lead by example/ Our kids will do what we do and they are so helpful in keeping us on track. Is a donut more important or our health. HEALTH!! :)

Rudeness is definitely at the top of the list. I'm amazed at how many of my childrens peers commend my kids for their manners. I can't stand the way these kids (not all) can be so clueless and rude. Simple stuff like holding a door for the person behind you or just respect for themselves and others around them!

I totally agree Lisa, I would also add that parents are raising their kids with a lack of work ethics, and kids just expect people to give them stuff without having to work or earn it. As a manager it amazes me the amount of people who want a job for the check but don't want to do the work to earn it.

I agree Lisa. Had an example of that today at my daughters birthday party.

YES!!!! Rudeness. Especially in the north. Where I live lol. Not so much in the south. I have noticed in the north we are always in a hurry and have no patience!
