Hello. I currently work full time, 8-5 M-F. I am trying to think of things that I can do to make a little extra money. I've just posted an ad on Craiglist for babysitting on week nights & Saturdays, but it hasn't gotten any hits yet. I did just post it though. Do any of you ladies make some money on the side? What do you do? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Jennifer,

I live in Melbourne Australia and am looking for other Mums who want to start their own business and work from home from anywhere in the world!

I am looking for Mums who are coachable and trainable and driven to succeed. You must have 2-5 hours per day to work your business successfully and have a phone and computer with internet connection. You must also be able to communicate effectively in either English OR Spanish.

We provide the business model, products, support and a 9 year successful history in the Personal Development industry. We are a global media company who is responsible for producing and out-flowing positive media to the world and we do that a number of ways:
1) by producing A-class documentaries
2) by distributing a platinum standard education curriculum
3) hosting 3-4 events around the world each year with the best guest speakers you could name.

If you would like to know more please feel free to connect/reply etc. or you can check out my website at http://www.apositivefuture.com register your details and I will call you for a chat.

Make it a great day,
Pernille.

Hi Jennifer!
I'm currently working for this amazing company in China teaching English to kids. The only requirements you need are a Bachelor's degree and an American accent and they pay pretty well at $14-24/hour. It's such easy and fun work! Let me know if you'd like more information.

Try vistaprint.com and become a reseller. It is free. You buy products from 40% to 80% off and resell them to make your money. Good luck

Jennifer,
I work on the side, besides my fulltime job. I am home in the evenings with my children, and love it. I work with a great group of parents. I work with My Family Dream Team. There is no inventory, and no parties. We work together to help you become successful.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Jennifer, I agree that you will have a lot of opportunities to sift through. My son is 2yrs and I also work full time 9-5 m-f and operate my own business on a part time basis. As women we work very hard for our families, so I agree that with any home based business that you chose to do, RESIDUAL INCOME is a must.

I would like to introduce to you CYBERWIZE.com we market health n wellness products that is out of this world!!
We are going global, as we currently operate out of the US, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Guam, Phillipines, Jamaica, Bahamas, with the UK and Mexico opening up soon. There is so much I can say about Cyberwize and our products, but one thing I must say is that we just added another notch to our compensation plan which has currently put us as the number 1 Direct Selling company.

We have created so much success stories in this business, and that is what we strive to do, our #1 income earner right now, was able to have his wife retire at the age of 27yrs. Wouldnt we all like to do that... for those of us who have passed that age, there is still time... with determination and consistency ... remember LIFE REWARDS THOSE WHO DESERVE, NOT THOSE WHO JUST WANT.

So Jennifer if you want to know more about the Cyberwize opportunity, feel free to contact me at audriaparchment@yahoo.com.

All the best and GOOD LUCK!!!!

Yes I have a business with Ardyss International. We draw attention from people with our Drop 2-3 sizes in ten minutes without diet, exercise, surgery, or pills. You work your own hours and you can make a nice income on the side. Plus having your own business is a great tax write off. If you are interested you can email me at janaylej@yahoo.com and I can let you know more about the company.

Good afternoon How are you? My name is Jennifer. I saw your post that you are interested in earning some extra money on Cafe Mom. I am a consultant with Celebrating Home - www.celebratinghome.com - We are a Christian Based company from Marshall TX - We are formally known as Home and Garden Party and Home Interior. I teach women how to make quick and easy meals using our pottery.

I have a few more half off certificates that I would love to share. I have some information that I can email to you about the business. I have been doing this for one year and I am at the point now that I can quit my full-time job and do this 20-30 hours a month - making the same I am getting working full time. Take a look and let me know what you think.

I would love to talk to you.

I agree with Catherine Sams. The moms I know make extra money selling Mary Kay or Beauty Control. After hosting a few partiest it really starts to pay off. Good luck!

Hi Jennifer. I too worked in corporate America as an IT Project Manager, and once I had my second baby, I decided I did not want to go back to a full time job away from my home. I researched over 250 home based businesses, tons of MLMs..and quickly realized that there are so many out there...and so many of them are total scams...they hype you up to make tons of money....but it's hard to make that money...and honestly, I did not want to sell products...so I realized that none of those would work for me.

Then, I found out that there was a wonderful opportunity out there..to build my own business, and I found Melaleuca! Have you heard of it? It is a wonderful company, very good compensation plan and I do not have to do any of those things that I would have had to do with those othe MLMs. I am part of a wonderful team that is growing very quickly. In my first month, I made over 1K for about 10-15 hrs a week. Not bad, right!

Anyway, there is so much to talk about if you are serious, so you can either call me:

925-963-0333 OR, I am happy to phone you and then we will do a visual presentation to show you how you can build a business. I work with lots of stay at home moms and that is my specialty!

Take Care and Good Luck!

Jennifer,

You are going to have a multitude of choices to look at on here. So many women work businesses outside of working full time and doing everything at home. Women are hard workers and multi taskers and should be paid more. LOL. Anyways, I wanted to give you another opportunity to explore. I am an ACN Independent Representative. I earn residual income which means I get paid monthly for doing the work once. It makes sense to me to get paid in this manner. I encourage you to look at the opportunity on my website. http://delenafisher.acnrep.com We also have a call you can listen to. Dial 1-641-715-3358 pin 70434#

Best wishes to you and let me know if I can be of service to you.

I know of a lot of women who own their own business and do it part-time. For example, I'm a Primerica Financial services representative. I help families deal with debt and money issues as well as saving for the future. I've also done Mary Kay in the past and found that to be a pretty flexible business. I've sold Cutco knives in the past. Sales which involve a commission can offer a lot of variety, income potential, and flexibility. It can also give you a very powerful tax deduction each year. Drawbacks include that you need to like working with people as well as be self-motivated. I would look at a couple of self-employment opportunities in your area and see if any of them look good to you. Ask yourself questions about what you're looking for (do you like makeup? Do you like having an inventory? Do you like to travel?) and write them down. You could also start your own business (do you like/are you good at cleaning? Nails? Hair?) if you're motivated to do so. There are tons of possibilities, you simply have to open your mind up to them. If you want somewhere to get started you can check out http://www.primerica.com. Good luck!

Hi Jennifer! I sell Avon. You don't do parties and Avon is a really easy sell. It would be easy for you because you can bring your books to work and it only cost $10 to get started. I have been selling for about a year & 1/2 now. It won't make you rich but it gives you more income. It has helped my family out.

There are a lot of moms in your situation, especially with the economy right now. I have been a stay at home mom since my daughter was in grade school and she's now almost 22.

When I was starting to look, I wanted to make sure that I didn't get "taken" by one of the scams out there (and there's a lot). I checked into the companies I was considering.

This site might help you.

Good Luck in whatever you decide to do.

I work full time too -- but my real income actually comes from my own side business. i love it! It helps me to help other people, and to know that my family is safe from harmful fumes and chemicals when i clean, to REAL healthy snacks, and vitamins that i know are legit and actually work. It's not like mary kay or other things that I've tried that don't do so well in small communities. I don't have to spend a lot of hours on it, and it's not one of those pyramid schemes (I hate those!). The best part is i don't have to sell anything or any of that other nonsense. if you are interested let me know. I'd love to help you out with it! you can check out my website too, www.ecofriendlymomteam.com/tenshi talk to you later!

Jennifer,
I work full time as a Home Daycare Provider and have 5 & 3 year old boys. Needless to say, I have very little free time. Nonetheless, I have found an awesome network business opportunity with Lifevantage. I'm so excited about the product and it practically sells itself. I have no doubt that I can make money now on the side and in the near future, quit my day job. If you'd like to hear more, please contact me at amydipman@gmail.com

Hey Jennifer, I am a mother of 3 and a half (Due next month) 9yrs, 3yrs, 1yr, I am currently working as a meat packer in a supermarket, getting up at 3 in the morning and home by 10am so my hubby can get to his job at 11am...not cool :( I have looked around for "work from home" jobs but nothing really suited my life, Everything I looked at involved having to leave the house with my children in tow as we don't know anyone here. Come on...lets be serious now...Its hard enough taking them shopping let alone to work!!! I recently found an online business that suited me to the ground... everything is ONLINE! It's a Reverse Auction site with a shopping portal, Something similar to Ebay, Amazon...the difference is that it is very new, currently operating in Germany, Europe and the US and is getting ready to launch globally. If you want more info let me know, I'd be happy to help!

Good Luck!
