I have been working on trying to get rid of my stomach fat from three pregnancies. I was working out at a gym until I moved, and I found a zumba class which I love but both me and my husband are both going to school so every little bit helps. I got the zumba dvds to do at home but I really would like some exercise that will really work my stomach so that I can flatten it as much as possible and toning up my thighs. If anyone has any advice or suggestions please send them my way! thanks!

First of all, you can't target a specific area to lose weight. I have been running 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill almost everyday. So far I have lost about 5 pounds in a month.

I do this 60 day workout called insanity which is AMAZING! I lost all my baby weight within 3 weeks from my last baby. I just started it two weeks ago and im just shocked at how my body has changed. Its reeeeaaalllyyy hard but totally worth it. You can download it from www.torrentz.com. And if you cant figure out how to download it i would buy it from ebay because u can get it for half price (or else you pay the nasty 150 bucks lol)

I just joined a gym, and I love it so far. I have been walking every day and havent been able to do anything for my stomach. I know that there is a workout DVD by the company Prevention. It is called Belly Butt and Thighs. It spends 10 minutes targeting each area. It is a good booster for those problem areas. Hope this helps some. Good luck!
