Alright everyone let me know what your goals are to improve your health for 2010!
I am working towards running in a 2 mile race at the end of January and then I am going to continue to get into shape by using a health product that I found in September that has helped me lose those stubborn inches that would not leave me after I had my second C- section.
I have never felt better. I have so much energy that I feel like I can do anything! So I am going to run a 1/2 marathon race! I've always wanted to and now I feel that I have that extra edge to do it!
I challenge all that reads this post to join me! I challenge you to run in a 1/2 marathon, but if running is not your thing, but you've always wanted to try one of those crazy looking spin classes than do it! Do the things that you never thought you could do and live the life you have always wanted to! Be the person that you could be!
If anyone would like some encouragement or someone to talk to about their struggles send me a message and we can hash it all out and get you moving forward towards the life that is waiting for you!
