What are Your Health Goals for 2010

Alright everyone let me know what your goals are to improve your health for 2010!

I am working towards running in a 2 mile race at the end of January and then I am going to continue to get into shape by using a health product that I found in September that has helped me lose those stubborn inches that would not leave me after I had my second C- section.

I have never felt better. I have so much energy that I feel like I can do anything! So I am going to run a 1/2 marathon race! I've always wanted to and now I feel that I have that extra edge to do it!

I challenge all that reads this post to join me! I challenge you to run in a 1/2 marathon, but if running is not your thing, but you've always wanted to try one of those crazy looking spin classes than do it! Do the things that you never thought you could do and live the life you have always wanted to! Be the person that you could be!

If anyone would like some encouragement or someone to talk to about their struggles send me a message and we can hash it all out and get you moving forward towards the life that is waiting for you!

My goals this year are to get into the best shape i have ever been. I'm currently doing the P90x series and adding in the Brazilian butt lift. I am very excited as im seeing the results every 30 days I get closer and closer to the washboard.

I have been doing at bootcamp for ~7 weeks so far which has really helped to shed pounds, get in shape, and tone up. I am also starting to train for a 5K. Maybe after that, a mini-marathon!

Frances and Quatia,

Thank you for sharing your goals for this year! I am scheduled to run in my 2 mile race on the 30th. I haven't been able to train as much as I wanted with my two kids and busy life schedule, but I am excited to just go out and do it! I will not finish first, but I will finish!

I hope you have a wonderful day. Mine will be filled with rain! I'm located in AZ and it is not normal for us to have many days of rain. I am really enjoying it, even with the inconvenience that it causes!

Good luck to both of you with your goals! I hope to see you accomplish all of them!

Best of luck to you Morgan... Im just trying to get into shape and maintain my health. I really want to drink enough water sufficient for my body, take my daily vitamins and have a good workout regime. I have taking a "crazy" spinning class and found it to be fun. My goal for each class is to "just finish" doesnt matter if I dont get up and down as many or crank my resistance as high, as long as I do my best and finish the class that is a success in itself.

This had inspired me to start running again!!! I used to run until i got preg.. my son is only 4 weeks old.. i can't wait until my dr release me to start working out. before i got preg i was in a size 2 now i am in a size 10! I have never been big in my life. now i have to watch what i eat.. But i am very blessed to have a wonderful son! I can't wait to start running again! good luck with your race!
