Mommy's ~

What do you wear when you work out? Granted not all of us mommies nurse. But for those that do and pump, what do you wear? Do your sport bras fit you? Are you wearing a nursing bra? When you work out are you able to nurse your baby with ease with the clothes you're wearing? Are you comfortable with what you wear? Where do you find your clothing? Do you still feel sexy? Do your clothes fit the way you want? What would you want to change about your clothes/nursing clothing? What do you wear when you're not working out (dressing up/casual) yet still nursing your baby? I'd love some insight :)

When I work out I wear 2 sports bras. They are not comfortable to nurse in, so I just nurse her, then pump, then work-out, come home and shower/change, then nurse her again in my comfortable nursing bra. I am comfortable with what I work-out in. When I'm not working out I wear casual clothes with straps to cover my nursing bra straps. I don't wear halters, etc. though. I still feel sexy if I dress up, but this just happened ~month ago. I finally am toning up a little more.

Don't wear your nursing bra to run or your boobs will be in your shoes! I bought these heavy duty bras from the Leggs/Hanes outlet that really roped my girls in. I went from an A cup to an F when I was nursing so the whole thing about my sports bras fitting before was not an issue for me. There was no way. My clothes are starting to fit the way I want them to but it has been over a year. I just bought these great sari ties 100 ways dresses from ebay. They are very flowy and forgiving and in style too what with the whole bohemian trend. I wish that I had them when I was still nursing because they are "easy access" in many of the styles. I know that I felt like a cow in most of the post baby nursing clothes I had but that might be due to the fact that I had gained so much while pregnant. Ah, totally worth it
