Does anyone do Hot Yoga? I absolutely LOVE it! You are so much more flexible allowing you to do the poses and giving you a great stretch. BUT you have to be careful because you can overdo it not knowing you are until you get back to normal temperature :) I highly recommend Hot Yoga! Great way to gain strength, become more flexible, and lose a ton of weight. That`s if you can stand the heat ;)
