I am healthy and have practiced yoga in the past, although it has been some time. With this pregnancy I am suffering from asthma, but am desperate to stay healthy. my goals are overall toning but I have tension in my neck and my lower back is consistently stiff.. Any suggestions for at-home prenatal dvd workouts would be very much appreciated, thank you in advance!!
