Hello Yoga Moms,
I have a two yr old and am pregnant-so I don't have a ton of free time. I used to practice yoga in studio (it's been a little while, so I'm a bit rusty), but am hoping to do it at home for a while. I am interested in relieving tension in my kneck and back, and overall toning. I am in good shape and fairly athletic, but have never been a fan of fast-paced yoga (have motion sickness & it makes me dizzy ;) any suggestions on poses or DVDs would be greaty appreciated!!
