starting yoga help!

I want to start doing yoga again now tht its been 6 months since I gave birth. I had to be on bed rest for 6 months of the pregnancy so I couldn't do pregnancy yoga then. I am looking for some starter advice and any suggestions that might help the transition from being bedridden to barely moving after birth to now getting back into good physical condition.

I would start with simple things and work your way up to workouts, for example, try just a simple Sun Salutation in the morning; without repeats. And then a few different breathing techniques with a corpse pose to close.
