Hi everyone

My son is 19.5 mnths old now. I've been sterilizing his bottles since his birth. Today the sterilizer broke down suddenly. So i was a bit hesistant to give him milk in a non sterilized bottle. then i came to know from web search that we don't need to sterilize the baby's bottles any more as long as they are washed properly.

I just want to know should i buy another sterilizer or should i start giving milk to my baby in a non sterilized bottle? ofcourse i've been trying to put him off the bottle as well. he drinks water or juice with a glass or a cup, but when it comes to milk, he wants it in a bottle.

Anxiously waiting fr ur responses!!

thnx

At his age he would be fine with just a clean bottle. I sterilized my daughters sippy cups til she was one then I would just wash them really well and rinse them under really hot water.
