what are some things that can help you concieve?

i have been trying for at least 13 months for another baby and idk what im doing wrong they say that your weight can be a factor but if thats the case how is there women who are obese and pregnant??? and i have tried the CM monitoring and it hasnt worked, and i tried to do the temperature thing but it all just became over whelming... is there any honest but not harsh advice???

You could maybe talk to your doctor about testing your blood sugar. I had irregular periods and had been without birth control for 1 1/2 years before I got pregnant. I was tested and had slight insulin resistance which can make it harder to conceive. There's also the chance, I'm sorry to bring this up, that you may not be able to have another baby. My mom was able to have one child and then she couldn't have anymore so my other sister and I are adopted. It could also be something with your husband/boyfriend. I think there's stuff to monitor his sperm count etc. You can try going to a fertility clinic too if it's affordable for you and get recommendations on maybe in vetro fertilization (I don't know if that's how you spell it.)
