WEIGHT: 192 Lbs.

BUST: 44 In.

BICEP (L): 13.5 In.

WAIST: 35 In.

LOWER ABDOMEN: 46 In.

HIP: 42.75 In.

THIGH (L): 25.5 In.

CALF (L): 15.25 In.

I'm still consistently losing inches, which I'm excited about! But I'm a little behind on my overall weight loss. I'll need to keep a closer eye on what I'm eating and when. I'll admit I had some rum cake over the weekend. I'll need to step it up in order to make my 184 lbs by the end of January goal! Best wishes ladies!

I forgot to mention that I am down a little over an inch on my stomach and 2 inches on my lower abs. still have a long way to go

sorry I am late with this but I just found my measurements.



Weight: 162



Bust; 40 1/2 in



Waist: 37 inches



lower ab; 41 in



hips: 40 1/2 in



Thigh: 21 1/2 in



Upper Arm: 11 1/2 inches



I've lost 1 and a half pounds which is WONDERFUL!! :) I have a goal to be 159 by the end of this month so hopefully I make it. I understand about the rum cake.... I had some homemade tortilla chips..yum and some summer sausage.. I know. I should have stayed away. I also had a coke. That was all yesterday. But I guess everyone has a day where they mess up. I just have to get back up and do it again! hope everything goes reat for everyone.

Hiya Amy just a bit of warning with cutting out all sweets lol. That is exactly what I did and I tell you your body feels like it is going into detox!!! Headaches, yucky tummy and constipation GROSS! Try to gradually cut it out :)  Just think of it as advice,  do what you feel best for your body just cause I had that doesn't mean you will but just a pre warning you may feel like that :)

I am the same at 179lb.  very bummed, but I haven't been eating good.  I didn't measure me again, but have been doing youtube workouts also and have been feeling good.  This week I am going to cut out all sweets as I have been having a huge flare up of digestinal problems and see if I can figure out what is going on.

WAIST: 29.5 (YAY down 1/2 inch)



LOWER ABDOMEN: 33.5 (1/2 inch down)



Hasnt really been a good eating week for me, my partner has been home a bit more, which usually means i eat what he eats, which isnt good food... I hate how males can get away with it! I have still been exercising on youtube and have definitly noticed the difference around my thighs and overall i just feel stronger

Bust: 41.5"



Bicep (R): 13"



Waist: 35"



Lower Abdomen: 45"



Hips: 45"



Thigh (R): 24"



Calf (R): 15"



Well I lost 1 lb. but the only place I lost any inches were my bicep and my thigh (which is ok, they definitely need some work!), and my stomach seems to me to look flatter.  So far so good!
