Who takes 'em? When, why and do you think they work?
I'm not speaking of just diet pills, either. I'm talking about multi-vitamins, specific vitamins, health-supplements, etc!
I used to take green-tea extract in capsule form to aid with weight-loss and I liked the antioxidant benefits, now I just drink organic green tea every morning, but I may take the capsules again sometime.
I'll admit that I have experimented with diet-pills over the years. I have found two that actually work, but I don't recommend them for everyone. I can understand the health-risks involved, especially if you don't know if you have underlying health-issues, or do not take the recommended dosage (overdose.)
I currently take a multi-vitamin before bed, and when I was able to afford them fish oil (for my BRAIN) and B-Complex (for my hair, skin and nails.)
Anyone else?
