i was 13 weeks when i went for my ultrasound and my heart beat was 146bpm and the cm was 11.8 is this normal
13 weeks and my baby is 13 cm is that normal

If you're measuring almost twice the gestational age then more than likely they either have your due date miscalculated or you misunderstood them. The initial calculation that your OBGYN does is not very accurate and based on your cycle.
The first ultrasound is more accurate and they usually adjust your due date based on your ultrasound. For both my pregnancies my doctor gave me an initial due date and adjusted it after my first ultrasound. Both times I was measuring 2-3 weeks further along than their initial 'guess' at my due date.
Typically, this early along all babies measure almost exactly the same! That's why the ultrasound at this gestational age is so accurate compared to further along in your pregnancy.

No-one is suggesting your baby isn't healthy. We are just questioning the size for a 13 week old fetus and suggesting you ask your doctor the question. If you don't want answers that are honest, then don't ask questions. No, we are not doctors. But if you want a doctor's answer, this isn't the place to ask.

Well, I have to say I'd be very skeptical, because your baby is almost twice the size a 13 week fetus should be. Talk to your doctor about it.

Which, by the way is perfectly possible, depending on your cycle, I am just surprised your doctor did not revise your conception date based on the size of your baby and give you an new EDD.

Nope, you're not 13 weeks pregnant if that's the size. If your doctor told you that, then I'd look for a new doctor. You are more like 16-17 weeks pregnant.
