Trying to plan my daughter's first birthday in october. Theme is baby minnie mouse and im not sure what activities and food to use.... Suggestions?

Mini everything! Mini cupcakes with the polka dots that minnie has, mini 8 oz cans of soda, mini quiche hor dourves, bagel bite pizzas, whatever. Decorate with the polka dots and a few minnie posters and whatnot, and find a cute minnie outfit for your daughter!
