Since I have gotten pregnant and have been able to feel the baby move, she has not stopped moving! I get the braxton hicks contractions quite often but have been told that it is normal so that isnt much of my worry! I havent felt my little girl move all day! Is there something wrong or is it normal? Does anyone know?

when i was pregnant i use to worry a lot, but the doctor said the baby gets bigger they move less because of the amount of space, but that if you lay on your side it helps give good oxygen flow and i would just rubb my belly in a spot that felt like the baby was laying and eventually the baby would turn or adjust.

Im 32 weeks into my second pregnancy and on some days the baby is over-active and on some days it has lasy days!!lol. Some times I dont feel the baby move at all during the day but once I sit dwon relax with my feet up and a glass of cold water, it starts bouncing about. You shouldn't really worry unless you've had less than 10 movements by 10 o'clock at night! If you are worried however contact your midwife as they can check the baby's heart beat and see that all is fine. xx

it is completely normal... i am 38 weeks along with my 3rd child... and there will be days where u think there is no movement but actually there is just not strong enough ones for u to feel... plus when you are busy the baby gets drained just like you would and they just lounge and take it easy in there!! hope that helps ya a lil

If u r really worried go see ya doc straight away, if there is sumthing they can induce labour or give c section but norm nothing wrong. He/she is getting bigger and so not sooo much room for him/her to move etc. My 1st son was moving lots 4 7 mths then barely at all after that and it scared me but he is a healthy near on 7yr old now!!!

Take an empty pop can and that tab you use to open the can flick it down over and over on top of your belly babies love this noise it should work has for everyone in the mat ward, if it doesnt work and you are concerned go see a doctor you trust also to add have something sugary like fruit or orange juice.

I would say trust your instincts. If you think something is wrong call the doctor.

how come u have an ultrasound at 27 weeks? our last ultrasound was at 20 weeks.. eat something cold or sugary and sometimes that can give baby a fright and he/she will move.. try not to worry but if ur overly concerned go to the dr.

i had gone to the hospital one day to get a stress test to make sure that the baby was okay and they had told me that some days you wont feel them as much as others and of i didnt feel anything after eating to drink some orange juice because it basically gets them highper. and if u still dont feel anything i would call ur doctor and adsk them to check the baby

I felt very alone in my worries too. Its normal i guess. Im sure everything will be fine and your baby is ok. She may just be sleeping, as i said mine liked to be up at night.

Im nicole by the way

I have an ultrasound tomorrow morning so I am trying not to freak out! I am trying to hold off til I go! Thank goodness I have an appointment that was already scheduled or else I probably would of gone to doctors or something already! I just need to know that by waiting til tomorrow the baby will be okay! So I just need to know that it is normal and that I am not alone!

When i was pregnant with my son more through out the day i could barely feel him move. My little one liked to party all night. If your really worried lie down and place your hands on your belly. I found it worked if i lied down and gently rubbed my belly. The doctor says if u cant feel baby move 10 times in 2 hours call the doctor.
