My son was the same way. At 3mos old he cut 2 bottom teeth, 5mos old top 2 teeth...by the time he was a year old he had 16 teeth! I did the Motrin and letting him sleep in his swing. He would get very congested when he cut teeth, along with being very cranky and drooling a river. My son hated the orajel and wouldn't do teething rings either. I spent many of nights pacing the floors with him. He did like his NUK though.

I would try the hyland's teething tablets. The teething gel didnt work for my son but these do. They sell them at walmart sometimes and the drug stores. They are cheap and they are little tablets that dissolve right away. they are 100% natural too! And there is no side effects. These even work if my son is cranky. But i would suggest getting teething tablets. They are a godsend! My son was teething since he was 2 months and he is now 9 months and has 6 teeth. Hang in there and good luck!

Your sure she's teething? If she is drooling a lot then it would be obvious but if she's been cranky for 3-4 weeks it could be gas creeping up or maybe a response to needles? Or an ear infection? My daughter wasn't too fond of chewing on things at that age either so i tried massaging her gums during the day a few times a day. It helped bring them up faster maybe but it sure helped. My daughter got her first 2 teeth when she was 3 months so i feel your pain lol. Let her chew on your finger after you feed her.
Good luck!
