When I was pregnant I had nose bleeds almost the entire time!! and around 35 weeks I would have SHARP pains down there and my doctor told me that was perfectly normal! Sometimes the pains hurt so bad i would scream! I think it is your baby dropping and your pelvis is spreading!

I had nose bleeds alot. A humidifier helpped a little but not much. Its normal. The pain could be round ligament pain, braxton hicks contractions... there are a few 'normal' pains but I'd bring it up at my next apt.

The pains in your lower region are normal, soon your baby will drop into position. If the nose bleeds are very frequent, I suggest getting your blood pressure checked. Sometime they just happen, but its better safe then sorry.,

I am almost 29 weeks, with my second, and I am experiencing the same thing. Pregnant Women are prone to nosebleeds and as long as the pain isn't too intense it's fine!
