yes call your doctor, slow movement or no movement at all could be mean you are missing some sort of nutrience or the baby could be still born so visit your doctor even more than you have been, be very cautious

omg! the same thing happened to me at 37 weeks. I went to the hospital and they put the fetal monitor on me. Even though I could not feel anything they told me the baby was moving a lot and I was actually having contractions. I was 3 cm dialated. Then a few hours later I came back because my water broke and they told me to go home again for a few more hours and go in the shower. Well after and hour I got really sick felt like the baby was going to fall out of me. So we called the hospital and they told me to wait?? My contractions were a couple minutes apart. So I went to the hospital again and I was fully dialated.

If you do not feel your baby move in a few hours time you are supposed to at the very least call the hospital. They usually tell you to come in just in case. Turns out mine was because my baby was coming early.

Try drinking fruit juice and if that doesn't get your little one moving go to your hospital and just tell them that your baby hasn't moved much since last night and the nurse will hook you up to the fetal monitor.

But I'm sure there is nothing to worry about. I went throught the same thing with my son and my doctor told me that babies inside the womb go through very active days and not so active days. But if you are really worried just go to your hospital and ask to be hooked up to the fetal monitor to hear your baby's heart beat.

hey hun dont worry to much hun this hapons it use to hapon to me i know its easy to say than to do i was the sami i always worried but i went to my docs and then theyd check for the hart beet and everything was fine.

You need to get to the hospital asap!! I was told if i didnt feel my baby move for more then 2 hours to go to the hospital. Pleas dont delay it by asking on here, your child's health is at risk. hope it all works out well

This is what the hospital is going to tell you to do. I was there where you are right now
Drink some soda or eat some sugar. Wait about an hour. If you still have not felt any movement at all go to the hospital. My son was born at 37 weeks. I told my doctors that he would be coming on the date he came but they did not believe me.

you need to go talk to your doctor. i had the same thing with my most recent (15 months now) and they found that he was going to be way to big for me to deliver (he was 9 pounds 15 oz) and his fluid was low. i had an emergency c-section that night because of the low fluid.

Always better safe than sorry so a trip to the doctor wouldn't hurt. By this stage in the pregnancy there is not much room so baby cannot move as much.

Yes I would call your doc or go into the hospital and see if they can hook you up to a monitor.

Definitly call your Dr or go into the ER if you feel you need to...Although the farther along you are the less amount of room there is for him to move...but go get checked out to make sure nothings wrong...that's my opinion.
