My son is 3 and very busy, he sleeps when he must sleep and eats good its just he has to be busy, he cant even sit infront of the tv for more than 15min then he gets board and looks what can he do... are any of your children also the same?

My son is very active too (he's 3.5). We enrolled him in soccer last spring and again this fall and that did seem to get out some of his bundled energy. Have you read the book "Raising the Spirited Child"? It really helped us to deal with my son and all of his extra energy. We even set up our bonus room as an "active play" area that's indoors. We put mattresses on the floor to jump on in one corner, and a hockey/soccer net and balls in the other. When I notice that he's getting too wild, we go upstairs to play and he can run around like a wild monkey for a while.
Another thing is to make sure he's getting plenty of sleep at night. I notice my son has a more difficult time concentrating when he isn't getting enough sleep. You might want to check out the book "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" too. When we started putting my son to bed at 7pm instead of 9-10pm his ability to concentrate really did get better (although he's still pretty active). Good luck!
