My daughter has a smallish diaper rash that isn't improving with Motherlove's Diaper Rash and Thrush balm. Any suggestions for a good, preferably all-natural or organic (read - no Desitin) remedies are appreciated!

i kno this might sound weird but a lil remedy my grandmother past 2 my mom and my mom on 2 me is burnt flour it works really well!

calengula oil(im sure ive spelt it wrong) also you can buy unbleached baby powder in some healthfood stores i believe it is based with cornstarch
