Advice on getting breast implants?

If you had/have a daughter, would you want her to grow up to get breast implants? Or would you want her to love and respect her body for all the things that it can do?

Hmm, yea I know it stinks, but they did something amazing! They fed another human being and boosted your child's immune system and all kinds of stuff. I really would strongly advise against breast implants, you are beautiful how you are! If you are married, your husband should be happy with how you are, you carried and fed his child! There is a big problem in our country that breasts that have nursed are gross, when in reality, they are perfectly normal and not gross at all. Don't let our twisted society that tells women they need huge 'perfect' perky breasts make you feel bad about your body or sway your decision to get implants.

It is hard when you feel insecure about your body and feel like nothing fits right but I would recomend just holding off untill you are done having kids for several years. It takes two to three years for your body to get back to normal after having a baby. I am not talking about just getting rid of your baby bump and fitting in to your old jeans although that can certianly take longer than a year to do as well. When I had my older children I went from a B/C to a DD, nursed them both for almost a year and was so sad that being as young as I was that they didn't bounce back to their perky selves. But after several years after my last I FINNALY started to see a change in my breasts. I have always worked out so it wasn't because of any great life style change but more because of my homones balancing out. They were a little smaller but that isn't the case for every person. If your biggist problem is that they are saggy I would say just give it more time. If and when you do decide to get implants I agree with Stephanie about looking into it VERY carefully.

Ok, first things first I have breast Implants, under the muscle. second is I have had 4 kids. 3 before my implants and one after. I am also a personal trainer and also used to show. Chest exercises are good but not worth the time if getting them done under the muscle. Over the muscle is good.
I also breast fed all my kids to 18 months even with implants.
Now how to find a good doctor, first never go see a free consoltation guy. second pick one that has picture books of his work before and after. Reputable schooling and nice practice is a plus. never see a doctor that quotes you over the phone and lastly pick one that listens to you and what you want not what you should get. I have lots more advice to give on this one, I researched for 3 years before getting them

I had that problem after my first baby. Mostly the year after. I lost a lot of weight in that time and my breasts sagged terribly and with stretchmarks too. I was mortified. But I ended up getting preggers.two more times and my breasts got huge! I still have problems with sagging but they are a DD now and I'm fine with them. Just wish they were perkier but it doesn't bother me anymore now like it used to. also you should wait til you are done having kids. Im done and am interested in a breast lift And a tummy tuck since my tummy was blown out from having kids also. unless you don't plan on having more kids I would suggest waiting. But you aren't alone on this.

Not much point in getting your boobs done until after you're finished having kids. I second the idea to do some chest exercises before opting for surgery. If you're that set on implants though, a good place to start would be your regular doctor I guess.

I have not had breast implants, but I have the same feelings and thoughts that you have. I went from an AA to a D during my pregnancy and now a B cup. But they are saggy and I hate the way they look. But since getting in the gym and doing some minor chest exercises they have perked up a lot so maybe try that out before you get the surgery. Good luck and let me know what you think.
