Sorry. My husband trades stocks at home. But does anyone think it is wrong to add a 19 year old to his facebook instead of twitter to " talk about stocks" all i know is i saw a hot chic in the pic. Am i going crazy or what? Help! I told him why does he need to be on facebook. Argh someone help?

I'm sorry but it sounds like you have trust issues with your man on facebook in general. For you to trip about a man giving another young man information about stock trading is nothing at all to be worried about. Young men often look for mentors, and it's not abnormal for him to feel kinda special to have someone look up to him like that. But having ex girlfriends on facebook is something to worry about. Trust me, my husband and I have been through that one before, and it works best to tell him your true feelings about it. Have a talk, and just ask him, would you like it if I was doing the same thing? And trust me when I say men never look at things the way women do unless you show them exactly how you feel. Just be honest, its always the way to go.

Why do you care? It's not like he is pursuing some chick, he is talking to a guy about stocks. I'm not seeing how this hurts you?

Is it a hot chick with a male in the profile or a guy who has just a female as his avatar? That would be a little weird. I do think that you should look at the roots of your reaction, though--I have always found that my suspicions tend to have a purpose, sometimes they are accurate. Other times that purpose is just to alert me that I am feeling insecure in our relationship, which is something we can work on together.

Ok, it sounds to me like you are being a bit ridiculous. From I gather from your post and the comments, your husband's job is trading stocks, which he does from home, and he uses Twitter to talk about stocks. I also gather that there is a 19 year old guy communicating with your husband on facebook about stocks, and the guy happens to have a "hot chic" in his profile pic on facebook. Did I get that right? First of all if he's using Twitter to communicate about stocks, which is a social network, it's not surprising to me that he's doing the same on Facebook, another social website. Second, your husband is 42 years old, I'm guessing that he is fairly good at what he does, and he doesn't sound like an idiot, so why would you be worried about him sharing his "tricks"? I think he's old enough to know better. I suggest you back off of your husband. This just makes you sound jealous and immature.

If you are worried that your husband is cheating or doing something shady, then you've got bigger problems that need to be addressed. Nagging him to get off Facebook is not going to solve them. You need to communicate with him about your feelings and why you have them. However, if they are unfounded, as in there is no history of cheating, inappropriate talking to other women, ect. then don't expect much response from him.

I think that you are over thinking this. And I feel that maybe your age difference leads you to believe he may seek a younger, newer spouse. I think if you are honest him and tell him your feelings that it could easily be resolved. And if not then maybe there is a problem you could deal with then. Having trust issues can only put strain on a relationship. Try talking to each other.

Im sorry but i do hate facebook. My husband has his ex girlfriends on there, but i cant talk to mine, lol not that i want to. Anyways bout this. This is a guy that he is "talking" to. He met him on twitter, which is usually where he talks to people about stocks.in this guys profile there is a hot chic. He is 19 with no money to start trading, but asking an awful lot of questions. He added him to facebook ,but has not said anything since last friday. My husband says there is nothing to worry about. But he usually helps people he knows.

Don't hate facebook -

If you can see this picture click on her name and go see who she is ... and then again, tell him you prefer he communicates with guys rather than young gals...

His reaction will speak volumes -

I PRAY it is a good one and he ends that relationship - for your sake ♥

I'm confused. First it was a hot chick in the picture and now it's a guy who is asking for information about trading stocks?! I think you're reading way too much into him being on FB. I spend a lot of time on fb and have male friends it does not mean I am doing anything unsavoury.

Unless this is your husbands job and he trades stocks for a living and she is a client it is inexcusable. No reason for it and inappropriate otherwise. FB is used for marketing purposes too but any conversations need to be professional and brief. Beyond that I would consider it cheating becasue a personal relationship has formed. Cheating doesn't just need to involve sex. You can get on his FB and check his messages unless he has deleted them all but that is a side point and the relationship needs to end.

Could be nothing.... I know it's hard sometimes to not be jealous.... But if you can't trust him it sounds like you have a problem. I think that he needs to learn to respect you more and you need to learn to trust him more. Have you talked to him about it? Do that... But not in anger. Stay calm and e living about it. But this is just my opinion. Everyone is different. Good luck

Hate facebook too. Been with my guy nine years and had similar situations with facebook. If you trust him no need to worry but if relationship rocky I would be worried. My manis seven years older than me and I have come to learn that men still need an ego boost. They love the attention of younger women. I would confront him and tell him it is not acceptable to talk to younger females...especially at 19 she had no business with that site. If he acts like ur crazy he is def hiding something. If he voluntarily gets rid of her in front of u its genuine

Yeah but this kid has NO MONEY!! I really do no like my hubby telling all of his tricks to 1) someone he does not know. 2) Does not have any money. 3) Or experience. Im proud of my husband, so him giving away some info to someone he dont know! Plus adding eachother on facebook. Why do thay when he uses twitter? I am just confused or obssessed? Yes this is a guy, but with a hot chic on his profile, wanted him on facebook. Whats with that?!?

so is the 19 year old a girl or a guy? from your updates it sounds like a guy, so why worry?

He could also just be looking to meet someone who IS good at stocks and managing money so he can learn something from your husband. Just because he doesn't play in the stock market doesn't mean he doesn't want to, or want to know how.
