This is my second pregnancy (i have a 13-month old and one due in september), and the morning sickness is waaaay worse than the first time around. Anyone have any good tips on how to cope with this?

Maxolon was my lifesaver!!!! You need a script for it from the doctor and it is safe to use during pregnancy. Also sleeping propped up helped me.

Take notice of how different foods make you feel and stick to the easy-on-the-stomach foods when you feel nauseous. I tried all the different remedies and none worked for me so I ate what sat best in my tummy (actually Coke is what worked best for me for settlingthe stomach a bit). Avoid acidy foods (esp salad) as they really burn the throat if they dont stay down! You will find something that works best for you and hopefully it will pass before long :)

Eat very plain food, salted crackers like ritz or ginger biscuits sometimes helps. Hope you feel better soon i'm pregnant with my second and had really bad mornin sickness so i know how it feels, if it gets too bad go to see your gp cause they can give you some anti sickness tablets

With my 1st pregnancy i took black more morning sickness tablets. Consult Doc 1st. They helped me as i couldn't even travel in a car till i started taking them. With my second pregnancy I lived on ginger biscuits. They helped me when i had bad morning sickness with my son. I did take some morning sickness tablets with him but i found the hard ginger biscuits fantastic and seem to work for this pregnancy. Best of luck with the rest of ur pregnancy.
