any ideaon what to give a 5 month old for a snack lunch time i have just been giving fruit pureed

everything everyone said is good. my son likes cheerios. he's one now and he loves pretzel sticks. gerber also makes cookies called wheels, that dissolve, both my boys loved them.

Mix gerber rice or oatmeal with your pureed fruits/veggies, add a scoop or two of formula(if on it) for some extra vitamins mix it up into a nice liquidy soft mush, and let them devour! lol

Gerber makes a finger food called Puffs. They come in several flavors and they dissolve in the babies mouth so they won't choke on them... It is considered a solid food, but again... they dissolve... My nephew loved them when he was a few months old and still likes them every once in awhile now and he is almost 3.

my daughter loves teething buscuits! if your baby hasany teeth, those are a good one! also you can give them veggie puree too! they also make rice and oatmeal mixed with fruits! my daughter really likes the apple and rice blend!
