Any Moms doing P90X?

I am on week 2 of P90X, I LOVE it so far. I started exactly 6 weeks after I gave birth to my son, I couldn't wait to get started working out, I'm HATING the way my body is looking these days.

Wondering if any other Moms are doing P90X, if they like it, and how well it worked (or is working) for them.

I weighed 115 before I got pregnant, I'm 5'7" (underweight), I weigh 140 now, and I want to get to about 120-125. I'm doing the Classic workout now and I was wondering if that works well for losing weight and toning up.

Anywho, just want to hear y'alls stories and how things are working for you! I LOVE this workout and just wanted to know if there's anymore Mom's out there doing the same thing I am :-)

P.S. Also just started using Strivectin for my horrible stretch marks, it's starting to work already. Anyone using this? How did it go?

My husband and i just started doing it we are only 2 weeks into it but I LOVE IT!!!! Is such a good stress realease. I follow the work outs to a T as much as i because its hard. I eat sesible tho.I haven't really weighed in yet but i have a friend who is in her second month and she has lost 20lbs and 4 sizes. When i got pregnant for my oldest daughter whos 5 i weighed 110 and i haven't yet lost all the weight i gained from having my second one..i'm 5'3 and 134lbs and i would like to get to 115-120 so i'm hoping that the p90x will do it..regardless i like the work outs but i really want to lose the weight and nothing has got me to where i want to be. Good luck and if you don't mind keep me posted about your progtess so maybe we can compare notes..

I have heard that it works, but it takes complete dedication 6 days a week to see the results.. My husband wants to try it, but we haven't purchased it.. I teach aerobics a couple nights a week and watch my calories during the day.. That helped me lose the baby weight (I was 116 when I got pregnant, 149 when I delivered, now I am 121.. almost there).. I would like to do the program a couple days a week and use some of the moves in my classes to mix it up a little.. I just love step aerobics and being around people as opposed to being at home and working out.. Let us know how it goes.. Good Luck.

My husband tells me he's gonna get this workout for me for when I've given birth and able to work out again. A lot of the guys on his boat use it and pretty much swear by it. I've been hearing it talked about randomly EVERYWHERE lately lol... I was at the park yesterday and overheard a group of moms talking about how much they like it. I'm looking forward to trying it, it'll be nice to have when I can't get to the gym, and I am sooo into losing weight after this kid pops out! lol

My hubby has had awesome results using this program. I'm pregnant now and can't participate much, but it's a great home video system. With the plyometrics and all the other really awesome workouts you won't need a gym again!

My boyfriend and i are going to start the regular p90 after my 6 week appointment looking forward to it =) P90x is a bit much from things i have heard from my b/f's co workers and they started it in better shape then us and they are having a hard time to keep up with it. but my boyfriend has see it work for his work friends. they also have beach bodies which is the first one the guys does and the easiest for women if you just want to lose weight and tone more then being sculpted.

we already bought it. and we actually plan on starting it the 22nd of this month, that will mark 6 weeks post birth. =) my fiance gained about the same amount of weight as me, so we plan on working our way down on the scale together. let me now if it works.

I love P90X even tho I didn't do it the correct way I just kinda skipped over everything except the yoga part. My husband used it correctly tho and worked very well for him.
