Anyone have success with diet pills? Which ones?

Most diet pills are glorified caffeine pills...they are stimulants. When taken is large enough doses caffeine can act as an appetite suppressant and it gives you a temporary boost of energy to go out and do the calorie burning yourself. If you read the fine print on most diet pill commercials it says "results not typical- to be used with proper diet and exercise." Especially if you have other health or heart problems you should not be messing with diet pills. THEY ARE NOT A QUICK FIX. If you want results you have to change the way you eat and exercise. Even if you lose some weight with fad diets and pills you are most likely going to gain it back because you never solved the problem that made you put on the weight in the first place (which is usually that people have poor dietary habits). Eat more lean protein and fruits and veggies, eat less simple carbohydrates and processed foods, drink more water, drink less soda and sugary drinks, learn proper portion sizes and measure/monitor/record your food intake, eat small meals every 3-4 hours, and start an exercise routine that incorporates both cardio and strength exercises. If you don't have time to exercise you can still fix your dietary habits. If you don't get results with that, then consult your doctor because resorting to fad diets and pills will not get you the long term weight loss results that you desire.

I've tried some different ones w/absolutely no results! Do NOT buys into the acai berry/detox! It's a complete joke & waste of time! I've also tried a brand called yellow bullet....no good either! Good luck....if you find something that does work let me know! I have the same problem except I'm sitting @ work all day doing absolutely nothing! I'm thinking there is no easy way.....
