Hey, my name is Ashley Leonard. I am 21 and I have a two week old baby. Its hard to always take care of her cause she eats all the time and I don't know for sure what is normal for babies to eat. Also I have been kinda depressed lately cause of Postpartum. At least that's what I think it is and I always wonder why. It makes it harder to take care of Aidyl sometimes cause I just don't want to get up and do anything on some days. If anyone has any suggestions just let me know. Thanks

I had Postpartum depression very bad. I would have to say first, do you have a supportive family member (mom, grandma, aunt, sister, partner) who can help you? I didn't like my daughter, dreaded every time she cried. Support is what I would have to say is key. I have always been someone who have always enjoyed getting 9 hours of sleep a night. Needless to say, I have ended up having to get on medication for the depression. I so know how you feel.
I am here to chat if you need to, because I know those times of feeling lonely

hey it normal to fill a like depressed after the birth of a baby the first 6 weeks are the toughest to adjust to the new little person in your live most baby's at that age feed anywhere between 2 to 4 hours but if your baby is feed more if your bottle feeding i would say add a bit more to the bottle and if you are breast feeding try to give the baby a bit more but if you get to depressed i would go see your doctor and congrats about your birth
